"Hire & Seek" refers to Al Namaa LLC, licensed in the UAE by Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS) under trade licence number [Trade Licence No.]. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide recruitment, executive search and related HR services, introducing candidates to employers. Any placement, fee and guarantee is governed by a separate engagement agreement with the client. Nothing on this website is a binding offer of service.

3. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only and must not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or impair its operation.

4. Candidate terms

• You confirm your information and CV are accurate and that you are entitled to work in the relevant location.
• By submitting your details you consent to us processing your data and presenting your profile to employers per our Privacy Policy.
• We do not guarantee employment, interviews or placement.

5. Client terms

• Fees, payment terms and guarantee periods are set out in your separate engagement agreement.
• Candidate information shared with you is confidential and for the relevant vacancy only.
• You agree not to introduce candidates we present to third parties or otherwise circumvent our fee arrangements.

6. Intellectual property

All website content — including text, design, graphics and the Hire & Seek name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

Roles shown here are for information and may change or close without notice. Listings are not offers of employment.

8. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular result such as a hire or placement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire & Seek is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or our services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

Each party agrees to keep confidential non-public information disclosed in the course of our dealings and to use it only for the purpose shared.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, including the regulations of Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS). The competent courts of Sharjah shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
